The things that I struggle to say in person.

I feel like I don’t say it enough.

Thank you for understanding me.  I can barely understand my anxiety sometimes. 

Thank you for being there.

Thank you for letting me hold your hand. 

Thank you for letting me squeeze it when I feel so panicked I can’t breathe.

Thank you for calming my anxious mind. 

Thank you for continuing to be by my side even on the bad days. The days where my anxiety says to push you away, the days where I want to be alone but you know that’s unhealthy for me.

Thank you for understanding my facial expressions.

Thank you for checking up on me when I disappear for an hour.

Thank you for telling me you don’t look ok when I say i’m fine.

Thank you for accepting and loving me. 

Thank you for accepting and loving my anxiety.

Thank you for being there when I need you. 

Thank you for reminding me to breathe.

Thank you for reminding me to breathe.

Thank you for reminding me to breathe.

Thank you for reminding me i’m ok.

Thank you for being my biggest supporter.

Thank you for calming me down when I ugly cry.

Thank you for the back rubs, cups of tea and the sound of your heart.

Thank you for reminding me I am stronger than my anxiety.

Thank you for telling me you’re proud. Just proud I got through it.

Thank you for your constant reassurance.

Thank you for your shoulder.

Thank you for knowing my anxiety doesn’t define me.

Thank you for putting my health as a priority despite yours. You have no idea how much that means to me.

Thank you to my mum and my dad, my heros.
